Cocorico is extremely proud to bring you a new food adventure in Bali. Located in the heart of Umalas—between Seminyak and Canggu area, Arnaud and Meliana have just opened their pastry shop. These passionate artisans have a bond with Bali for the last 20 years. In 2015, they decided to settle with their two kids in this paradise island. After these past 10 years running two successful pastry and ice cream shops in France and Indonesia, Arnaud and Meliana chose Bali to continue their wanderlust. This French-Indonesian couple is delighted to share their passion for fine gastronomy.
World’s favorite best pastries are crafted to drive your palate crazy. Cocorico believes that differentiating its recipes from those already existing in Bali is the key to offer satisfaction to gourmets. We found their éclairs exquisite, with such a delicate taste of fruit mousse. Their various tartelettes (pies) on sablé crust, especially the chocolate and lemon meringue, are there to die for!
A must try is the ‘Macaron à la ganache’, made with 20% less sugar and totally gluten free. Having a taste of Cocorico’s products, we rediscover that tasty pastries or cookies don’t need to be too sweet.
Cocorico aims to maintain the best of traditional techniques whilst embracing what creative thinking has to offer. Their state-of-the-art production facilities boast the highest quality and hygiene standards. Each of these edible art pieces is beautifully crafted in such a fine design.
Arnaud seeks to satisfy customers with premium quality ingredients. The best way to get to know them is by trying their workpieces at Umalas Bumbak Dauh 79. Every day of the week (except Sunday), the shop is open from 8am to 6pm. Home delivery service is also possible with GoFood. I think of garnishing my birthday party table with almond cakes and a beautiful macaron tower from Cocorico Bali!
